About me

I graduated with a BA in English Language and Communication, with Journalism and Digital Publishing in 2007 and spent every holiday on work experience at top magazines including Cosmopolitan and InStyle.

On these placements, I worked alongside the editorial teams and learnt a lot about how the publishing industry operates.

Seeing how these talented writing teams brought in the big stories and nailed difficult topics strengthened my resolve to work in features.

After graduating, I was a staff feature writer with INS News, a long-standing and much respected regional agency and trained under the direction of a former Fleet Street executive.
